The referral program is open to all existing Hypershell subscribers. The referred friend must be located within Hypershell’s shipping regions. For more details on eligible regions, check our Shipping Policy.
The referred friend will receive a $30 discount on Hypershell X Series products when they use the referral link at checkout. The discount expires 5 days after the referral link is generated.
The referrer will receive a $30 discount for their next purchase if the referred friend makes a first-time purchase using the referral link and keeps the product past the 14-day return period.
About the coupon:
1. It cannot be used in conjunction with additional discount offers.
2. The referral discount is valid for a single order and applies to orders over €500.
3. If multiple discounts are applied to an order, the system will prioritize eligible discounts according to the rules stated above.
There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer. However, each referral link can only be used once and is valid for one friend’s first order.
If Hypershell detects that the referrer and the referred friend are the same individual (e.g., same email, IP address, or browser session), the referral will be deemed ineligible. Hypershell also reserves the right to cancel referral rewards or orders if any fraudulent activity is suspected.

3. The referred friend must click on the link and make a first-time purchase on the Hypershell website for the referral to be deemed eligible.
*The Referred Customer and the Referrer must be different individuals. If they share the same email, IP address, or browser session, Hypershell may decide not to honor the referral. We also reserve the right to cancel referral orders and rewards if necessary.
4. The referred friend will receive a $30 discount (expires in 5 days) on Hypershell X Series when they use the referral link at the checkout. This offer is only valid for referred friends located in the United States, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR or Taiwan.
5. The referrer will receive a $30 discount for next purchases if the referred friend keeps it past the 14-day return period. If the referrer successfully recommends multiple friends, they can claim an accumulated discount, with a maximum of 10 referrals, capped at $300.

8. Hypershell reserves the right to change, pause, or end the referral program at any time without prior notice.
9. Participants must follow all relevant laws and regulations while taking part in the referral program.
10. Any fraudulent activity, whether suspected or proven, may lead to disqualification from the program and loss of rewards.
11. By participating in the referral program, both the referrer and the referred friend agree to release and hold Hypershell, its affiliates, and their employees, officers, and agents harmless from any claims or damages related to their participation in the program.
12. Any personal information collected for the referral program will only be used to manage the program and will be handled according to Hypershell's privacy policy.
13. By participating in the referral program, both referrers and referred friends fully accept these terms and conditions.
