The Three-Step Human-Machine Collaboration
Step 01

Sense

Perceives environmental information and human motion data.

Step 02

Decide

Analyzes the data and instantly predicts movement intention.

Step 03

Act

Motors deliver assistance and move in sync with the body.

See How Each Step Works

Just like human senses, an exoskeleton must understand both environmental information and human physical information.

The exoskeleton uses multi-modal sensors to gather information from multiple sources. It continuously tracks your movement in real time, building a detailed understanding of how you move and how the terrain changes beneath you.

The exoskeleton uses multi-modal sensors to gather information from multiple sources. It continuously tracks your movement in real time, building a detailed understanding of how you move and how the terrain changes beneath you.

Just as the human brain interprets sensory input, the exoskeleton’s advanced AI algorithms process incoming data and understand your movement intention.

Trained on extensive human outdoor-activity patterns, the system can instantly predict:
- What you’re about to do
- How much torque you’ll need
- How to support you without breaking your rhythm

It’s the same decision-making logic your body uses—only enhanced by AI speed and precision.

Like muscles generating force, electric motors supply the assistance your body needs.

The system shares part of the workload with your legs, synchronizes movement with your gait, reduces strain on joints and muscles, and makes each step easier and more stable.

Waist Belt

Distributes pressure for a secure, comfortable fit.

Thigh Frame

Fits the upper leg and allows natural movement.

Thigh Strap

Secures the thigh and drives leg motion.

Here's What The Tests Show

Oxygen consumption dropped

Average heart rate fell

Oxygen consumption

Oxygen consumption

Reflects your metabolic cost — how hard your body is working to move. Lower oxygen consumption means less fatigue, higher efficiency, and the ability to go farther with the same effort.

Heart Rate

Heart rate

Shows how much stress your cardiovascular system is under. A lower heart rate means you conserve energy instead of burning it, allowing you to perform higher-intensity movements with less strain — and helping protect your heart and circulatory system over time.

What Real Users Say?

Outdoor Adventure

@jul.rom.mal

Once I started using it, this thing turned out to be insane. Not only does it keep my walking/running pace steady even with a heavy backpack over long distances (got me feeling like an enhanced porter straight out of Death Stranding), but it even fixed my bad heel-dragging habit.

Snow Sports

@Bazuexperience

Hypershell is a perfect match for ski touring. The motors are powerful and last long enough to handle steep climbs with ease. Movements feel smooth and natural, never restrictive — even in deep snow. Truly an outstanding companion for the mountains, even in the heart of winter.

Photography

@alexandrudon

This exoskeleton helps me to get to remote difficult locations without getting there tired. And filming while not being tired is a big deal because you get more creative. But this exoskeleton is more than that. It extends what's possible. And the thing is this doesn't replace your own effort. In fact, it works as a force multiplying, meaning the stronger you are, the better it works.

Daily Mobility &
Light Activities

@ Kathleen K.

As an octogenarian, shrinking, alas, but still passionate about hiking hills and forest trails, I am thrilled with the assist my new Hypershell gave me on a circ 3.5 mile ldaho mountain walk today with my strong unassisted companions!

Rehabilitation &
Assistive use

@ Woody Drabousky

On my right leg, I struggle with the upstroke when pedaling. A lot of times I have to literally backpedal to get momentum of leg movement to be able to have upstroke and then I’m able to complete a rotation and push down...I was shocked and amazed the very first time putting this on while riding because it allowed me to pedal with great rhythm/cadence, and I was able to get an amazing cardio workout because of it.

Rescue, Inspection, Security

@ Eli Whitman

In Weber County SAR, endurance is critical. Hypershell gives us faster movement, reduced fatigue, and stronger readiness to support our community. When minutes matter, it helps us respond quicker and last longer.

Effectiveness

Real effectiveness should be judged by physiological metrics rather than advertising. Hypershell is the only industry exoskeleton validated by SGS with oxygen consumption and heart rate reductions nearly 40%.

Learn More

Synchronization

High synchronization ensures the exoskeleton reacts exactly as you move. Any misalignment creates resistance and joint stress. Hypershell uses 10+ sensors and deep learning to adjust assistance within 0.03 seconds. You move first. Hypershell handles the rest.

Learn More

Comfort

Comfort comes from ergonomics. Contact points must distribute load to body areas with high pressure tolerance. Hypershell uses a 10-layer composite waist belt and tapered leg straps to eliminate hotspots and maintain secure contact during movement. It feels less like equipment and more like a natural extension of your body.

Terrain & Scenario Compatibility

Outdoor terrain varies constantly. A rigid exoskeleton becomes a burden on mixed trips. Hypershell solves this with intelligent recognition, supporting 12 modes that cover 80% of outdoor scenarios. From dunes to slopes, the system adapts instantly to every movement.

Learn More

Durability

Outdoor gear must endure impact, weather, and constant load. Hypershell is built from aerospace titanium and carbon fiber to thrive in extreme temperatures from –20° to 60° C with IP54 weather and scratch resistance. Wherever you go, it keeps going.

Notes & Disclaimers

1. High-difficulty scenarios like climbing and trekking shown in our media are performed by trained professionals in controlled environments. The exoskeleton assists lower limb strength and reduces physical load to a certain extent, but it is not a substitute for personal fitness, technical judgment, or safety awareness, nor is it equivalent to protective or life-saving equipment. In actual use, users should choose activity intensity reasonably based on their physical condition, outdoor experience, and environmental conditions, and avoid blind imitation of high-risk behaviors. Before engaging in high-intensity or high-risk outdoor activities with this product, obtaining necessary professional guidance and a safety assessment is highly recommended.

2. Decrease in heart rate and oxygen consumption while cycling was measured during lab-controlled indoor cycling with the exoskeleton configured to optimal assistance settings. Compared to cycling without exoskeleton assistance, average heart rate decreased by 42.7%, and oxygen consumption decreased by 39.2%. Data were collected under controlled lab conditions. Actual performance may vary depending on environmental conditions, terrain, load, user condition, riding style, and bicycle model.

3. Decrease in heart rate, oxygen consumption, and muscle load while walking was measured during lab-controlled treadmill walking at 3.5 km/h on a 7° incline, with the exoskeleton configured to optimal assistance settings and using surface electromyography (EMG). Compared to walking without exoskeleton assistance, average heart rate decreased by 22.3%, oxygen consumption decreased by 20.5%, and muscle activation of the iliopsoas and rectus femoris decreased by up to 63.7% during the swing phase, indicating a reduction in muscle load based on fatigue signals. Data were collected under controlled lab conditions. Actual performance may vary depending on environmental conditions, terrain, load, user physiology, and walking style.

4. Hypershell Exoskeleton is not intended for use as a medical device. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the product is used in accordance with its intended purpose. Hypershell disclaims any and all liability for any damages, injuries, or other consequences arising from the use of this product for medical purposes or in any unintended

5. The Hypershell Exoskeleton will not interfere with your personal fitness plans, such as weight-loss goals or training regimens. However, it is not specifically designed for weight loss and does not directly induce weight loss.
