Hypershell Care is an optional paid protection plan for Hypershell exoskeleton products, providing coverage beyond the standard manufacturer’s warranty. The plan is provided by XCotton. All coverage, claims, and contract details are handled by XCotton.
Coverage includes:
- Shipping protection: Loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit.
- Accidental Damage during Handling: Unintentional and accidental damage from handling, such as drops, collisions, impact damage during normal use.
- Extended Warranty: Manufacturing defects, mechanical or electrical breakdown of Your Covered Product after the manufacturer's warranty expires.
You can start Hypershell Care when buying a new product with Hypershell online.
Within 60 days after a new Hypershell purchase, you can get a new Hypershell Care Product Protection through the official website.
Accidental Damage Protection: Starts immediately upon the shipping date.
Extended Warranty Protection: Begins after the manufacturer's warranty expires.

All models currently available on the official website are eligible — both new and existing products.
Subject to Xcotton's terms and conditions, Hypershell Care is refundable but not transferable.

- Cancellation after 60 days of purchase:
Refund = [(Total coverage days ‒ Days used) / Total coverage days] × Hypershell Care price ‒ paid claim amount(s) ‒ administrative fee (varies by state law, capped at $50 USD)
