Order Cancellation
Customers may submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@hypershell.tech, prior to the order being shipped. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee successful cancellation. A confirmation email will be sent if the order is successfully canceled.
We will not be able to cancel the order once it has been shipped. Please wait for the order to be delivered and contact us for a return label within 14 days of delivery. Rejecting a shipped order or failing to follow the return procedure may result in item loss during transit or rejection by the warehouse due to lack of return registration, which may lead to ineligibility for a refund or replacement.
After we have received your return package and confirmed that it is complete, unused, and in good condition, please note that a return shipping fee (including any applicable import tax) will be deducted from the final refund.
If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours but before the order has shipped, the following transaction fees will apply:
2.6% for credit card users
3.6% for PayPal users
Return
We are pleased to accept return requests under the following circumstances:
Within 14 calendar days of receiving a product that has critical failures, manufacturing defects, or functionality issues.
Within 14 calendar days of receiving a product that has sustained significant damage during transit, provided proof of the damage issued by the carrier is submitted to Hypershell.
Within 14 calendar days of receiving an unopened, unactivated product that remains in its new, unused condition.
Customers must submit a return request by contacting support@hypershell.tech within 14 days from the delivery date. Return requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be accepted. Customers must receive prior authorization before processing a return. The product should ideally be returned in its original packaging, but other boxes are also acceptable. Damage to the outer packaging does not constitute an issue with the item itself. A restocking fee will apply based on the condition of the returned item.
To initiate a return, email us at support@hypershell.tech with [RETURN REQUEST] and your order number in the subject line for faster processing. Once approved, please ship the product using the return shipping label provided during the return merchandise authorization process. Ensure that the product is packaged securely and in its original condition, with all components and packaging intact, to avoid any damage during transit.
If the return is based on a reported issue, the product will be inspected before a refund is processed. If no issue is found after testing, Hypershell will charge all shipping fees for the returned item, and these costs will be deducted from the total refund.
Hypershell products are large items with high transportation costs. If a return is made without valid reason, or if the express delivery is intercepted or rejected due to non-commodity quality issues, the customer will bear the round-trip shipping costs, product insurance costs, and other expenses. Shipping costs will be calculated according to the logistics carrier freight standards selected by Hypershell.
Unfortunately, Hypershell will not accept returns under the following circumstances:
The return request is made more than 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
The product is missing accessories, cables, manuals, or is not in new or like-new condition (e.g., with cracks, dents, or scratches).
Hypershell identifies, through evaluation and testing, that the defect(s) or malfunction(s) are caused by user error (e.g., dropping, supplying incorrect voltages, water damage, etc.). If you request that non-defective products be shipped back to you, the shipping cost will be borne by you.
The product is found to have no defects after appropriate tests are conducted by Hypershell.
The purchase receipt, invoice, or other relevant paperwork is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
Proof of transit damage issued by the carrier cannot be provided.

Return Costs

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

US/EU Warehouse: 1-2 days for warehouse processing + 2-7 days for shipping.

HK Warehouse: Shipping time depends on the destination country. After placing your order, feel free to contact our customer service at any time to inquire about the shipping progress.

Special Situations: For special cases such as pre-sales, we will notify you of the shipping progress separately via email to ensure transparency.

Order Cancellation: If the consumer initiates an order cancellation before the shipping time and it is within the period allowed for order cancellation specified on the website, the order can be canceled.
Return & Refund Process
Submit your return request, proof of purchase, and the reason for the return via email to support@hypershell.tech to begin the return process.
Our Support Team will determine if your order is eligible. Once confirmed, they will provide instructions on how to properly package and return the product safely. Do not ship the product until you have received the proper instructions.
After Hypershell receives your returned product, we will process the refund within 14 business days. You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued. If you do not receive an email after 14 business days, please contact support@hypershell.tech.
