Eligibility
This Giveaway is open only to individuals with a valid shipping address located in the regions currently supported by the Hypershell official online store (https://hypershell.tech/en-us/products/hypershell-x). Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Giveaway Period and How to Enter
Please refer to the Reddit event post for specific entry dates and instructions on how to participate.
Winner Announcement and Notification
Usernames of selected winners will be announced by August 15, 2025, on https://www.reddit.com/r/Hypershell_Official/.
Hypershell will also notify winners by replying to their contest entry comment/post and via Reddit direct message. If a winner fails to respond within 3 days of the final notification, the prize will be considered forfeited, and Hypershell reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Winners must provide a valid phone number and shipping address to receive their prize.
Prize Details
There are a total of 3 Hypershell X Carbon units as prizes. Each winner is eligible to receive only one prize. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
All potential winners may be required to submit documentation as requested by Hypershell in order to comply with applicable state, federal, or local tax reporting obligations. All prize values are considered net of taxes, as required by law. This means the value of the prize is stated before taxes, and you (not Hypershell) might need to pay taxes on that value, depending on your country’s rules.

Participants must comply with Reddit’s terms and community guidelines. Any behavior that violates Reddit’s rules will result in disqualification.

General Terms
If any participant is found to be engaging in fraud, abuse, or other improper conduct, Hypershell reserves the right to disqualify them and pursue legal remedies as appropriate.
By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these rules and acknowledge that Hypershell’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
Hypershell reserves the right to the final interpretation of the Giveaway terms.
Hypershell reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Giveaway event due to force majeure, technical reasons, or legal requirements, and will notify participants via the event page/email.
Hypershell is not responsible for late entries due to technical errors, including but not limited to internet transmission failures.
Hypershell's liability for any claims arising from this Giveaway event (including defects in prizes) shall be limited to the market value of the prize. Hypershell shall not be liable for any issues resulting from: (a) government regulatory actions; (b) server hacking attacks; (c) force majeure events; (d) participant-related causes, including but not limited to: provision of false information by participants, submission of invalid information by participants, or failure by participants to confirm within the specified notification period. This limitation of liability shall not affect any statutory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
