Return and Replacement Policy

This Policy applies to Hypershell Product purchased directly from the Hypershell official website or from Hypershell authorized distributors.

This Policy is provided in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including statutory legal guarantees in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, or other applicable jurisdictions.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours after payment is completed.

1.2 If cancellation is requested after 24 hours of payment but prior shipment, Hypershell reserves the right to deduct transaction processing fees:

  • 2.6% for credit card payments

  • 3.6% for PayPal payments

1.3 Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. 

2. Packaging Requirements

The original packaging is designed to protect the Product during transit. Customers are strongly recommend retaining the original packaging and packing materials.

Customers shall ensure that you follow all packaging instructions and that you have securely packed the Product to avoid damage during transit. Customers shall be solely responsible for any damage that is caused during transit due to poor packaging.

This requirement does not affect statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

3. Replacement Service

3.1 Hypershell will provide replacement service in the following situations:

  • Within 30 calendar days of receipt, the Product has sustained substantial transit damage, and valid proof issued by the carrier is provided.

  • Within 30 calendar days of receipt, the incorrect Product was delivered.

  • Within 30 calendar days of receipt, the Product experiences critical failure or manufacturing defects.

  • Within 30 calendar days after receiving a replacement unit, the replacement develops functional problems caused by manufacturing defects.

  • Within 7 calendar days of receipt, transit damage must be reported.

The replacement warranty will continue for the remaining balance of the original warranty period.

Any replaced or returned components become the property of Hypershell. 

3.2 What Is Not Eligible:

  • The request is made more than 30 calendar days after receipt (without prejudice to statutory rights).

  • Damage is caused by misuse, abuse, accident, liquid exposure, unauthorized modification, improper voltage, or other external causes.

  • No defect is found after inspection. If the customer asks for the item to be returned, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Valid proof of purchase cannot be provided.

  • Carrier-issued transit damage documentation cannot be provided. 

  • Damage occurs after delivery due to force majeure events, including but not limited to fire, flood, lightning, war or traffic accidents.

3.3 Hypershell covers all the shipping costs for customers replacement service under Clause 3.1. However, losses due to incorrect shipping information will be covered by customers.

4. Return and Refund Service

This section applies in addition to statutory withdrawal rights where applicable.

4.1 Customers may request a return and refund within 14 calendar days of receipt if:

  • The Product experiences critical failure, manufacturing defects, or functional issues;or

  • Substantial transit damage, and valid proof issued by the carrier is confirmed.

  • The Product is unopened, unactivated, and in like-new condition.

All returned Products are subject to inspection and verification before any refund is approved.

Refunds will be immediatly processed after the returned Product are received and verified at Hypershells designated warehouse or authorized location.

4.2 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to confirmed Product defect or shipping error, Hypershell will cover return shipping costs .
  • If a return is requested for reasons not related to product quality, or if a shipment is refused or intercepted, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any associated expenses.
  • If no defect is found after testing, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If the customer requests the Product to be shipped back, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.

4.3  What Is Not Eligible:

  • The return request is submitted more than 14 calendar days after the Date of Receipt.

  • The Product shows excessive use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and function, or is not in like-new condition, including but not limited to cracks, dents, scratches, wear, or other signs of use. 

  • The Product is returned without all original accessories, cables, manuals, or packaging.

  • Upon evaluation and testing, Hypershell determines that the reported defect or malfunction is caused by misuse, abuse, accident, liquid exposure, incorrect voltage, unauthorized repair, modification, or other user-related factors. If the customer requests the Product to be shipped back, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  • No defect is found after all appropriate tests are completed by Hypershell. If the customer requests the Product to be shipped back, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  • Required supporting documentation cannot be provided, or is reasonably believed to have been forged, altered, or tampered with.

5. Return & Replacement Process

  • Submit request to support@hypershell.tech with proof of purchase.

  • Hypershell Support will review your request and determine eligibility. If the return is approved, you will receive an RMA authorization along with detailed instructions for proper packaging and shipping. Do not ship the Product without prior authorization from Hypershell. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • After the returned Product is received at the designated location and inspection confirms eligibility, Hypershell will process the refund within 14 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.

  • If you do not receive confirmation after this period, please contact support@hypershell.tech.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, except as expressly set forth above, Hypershell disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether statutory, express or implied, regarding the Product, fitness for any purpose or otherwise. Some jurisdictions may prohibit a disclaimer of warranties, this limitation may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by laws, Hypershell shall not be liable for any loss which is not a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach by Hypershell including: 1) third party claims against for damage; 2)incidental, punitive, indirect or consequential damages;3) any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings contracts or time arising out of your use of or inability to use the device. As a consumer your use of the devices shall be non-commercial.

Hypershell and its suppliers liability under this Policy shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the consumer for the Product or the current replacement value, whichever is greater.

Nothing in this Policy shall exclude or limit Hypershells liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

7. Other Statements

Customers may have other rights according to the applicable laws of different state or jurisdictions. Nothing in this Policy affects Customers' statutory rights, including rights of consumers under laws or regulations governing the sale of consumer Product that cannot be waived or limited by agreement.

This Policy may be updated by Hypershell from time to time. Please refer to Hypershell official website to obtain the latest version of this Policy for the product.
