Overheat Protection Control
Some users have raised concerns about device overheating. To address this, we’ve added Overheat Protection Control to keep temperatures safe even during high-power use, ensuring peace of mind on the go.

Feature Overview

Real-Time Temperature Monitoring – The device now includes an intelligent temperature detection system to keep it within a safe range during extended use, preventing overheating risks.

Automatic Power Adjustment – When the temperature approaches a preset threshold, the device will automatically reduce its power output to prevent further temperature increase.

How to Enable Overheat Protection?

1. Go to Home > MotionEngine > Overheat Protection Control

2. Set a temperature threshold (recommended in the orange or green zone)

3. The device will automatically adjust its power output based on the set value to prevent overheating.

What Happens if the Temperature Reaches the High-Temperature Limit?

App Warning Notification – The screen will display an "Overheat" alert.

Automatic Power Reduction – The device will decrease power output to prevent further temperature rise.

Multi-User Device Access
Ever wanted to let family, friends, or curious bystanders try out your Hypershell X? The device now supports multi-user access, making sharing easier than ever.

How to use the Multi-User Access Feature?

1. Invite the new user (your family members or friends) to download the Hypershell+ app.

2. After the app is installed, go to Home > Search for Device

3. Select an available device and complete pairing to start using it.

Can My Friend and I Connect to the Same Hypershell X at the Same Time?
-
No, only one user can be connected at a time. Once you’re connected, others won’t be able to access the device.

If your friend wants to use it, simply close the app in the background first.

Why is the Device Grayed Out and Unavailable for Connection?
-
A grayed-out device means it’s currently locked by another user and unavailable for pairing.

This is part of the Exclusive Device Lock feature, ensuring your device remains secure from unauthorized connections.

What Is the Exclusive Device Lock Mode?

This mode prevents accidental connections by others, protecting your access and usage rights.

Exclusive Device Lock
Exclusive Device Lock feature ensures that only you can access your Hypershell device, preventing unauthorized connections for a more secure experience!

How to Enable/Disable Device Lock?

1. Go to My Profile > My Device > Exclusive Device Access

2. Toggle Exclusive Device Lock on or off

3. When enabled, only the current user can operate the device

Can’t Enable the Lock?
-
Make sure your device is connected to your phone via Bluetooth. The lock feature is only available when Bluetooth is active.

Will Other Users See That My Device is Locked?
-
Yes. In the device list, a lock icon will appear in the top-left corner of the locked device, indicating it’s in use.

If someone tries to connect, they’ll see an encrypted account notification to protect your privacy.

What Happens if I Forget to Lock My Device?

If the lock is not enabled, anyone can connect to the device.

Low-Speed Steady Control
When walking at low speeds, Hypershell intelligently optimizes balance by reducing vibrations and increasing torque, ensuring a smoother and more stable walking experience.

2. Enable “Low-Speed Steady Control”

3. Adjust the LSSC Gain from Weak to Strong for customized stability support

When to use Low-Speed Steady Control?

Rehabilitation Training: Provides stable support and reduces gait imbalance

Heavy Load Hiking: Enhances low-speed stability and reduces strain

Elderly/Users with Weak Leg Strength: Optimizes balance for a more comfortable gait

Daily Use: Low-speed steady control ensures every step is safer and more secure!

Haptic Feedback
The device now includes a Haptic Feedback mechanism that provides tactile feedback during important actions or changes in device status, ensuring users can intuitively perceive the device's condition.

How to Enable?

1. Go to MotionEngine > Haptic Feedback

2. Toggle Haptic Feedback on/off

3. Select vibration intensity under Feedback Intensity Adjustment (Soft/Medium/Strong)

When Will Haptic Feedback Trigger?

Mode Switching – Vibrates to indicate when the device switches modes

Power Adjustment – Haptic feedback becomes more noticeable when power intensity is increased or decreased

Device Power On/Off – Vibrations confirm the device’s power status

Why Don’t I Feel the Vibration?

Ensure Haptic Feedback is enabled (Go to MotionEngine > Haptic Feedback)

Check if the vibration intensity is set to "Soft", and try adjusting it to "Medium" or "Strong"

Low battery may affect vibration feedback performance

Power Bank Mode
Hypershell X not only powers you, but can also power other devices! With "External Battery Discharge Control", you can choose whether to use Hypershell as a power source to charge phones, tablets, and other devices.

2. Toggle the External Battery Discharge Switch (On/Off)

Why is the external device not charging?

Ensure External Battery Discharge Control is enabled (Go to MotionEngine for settings)

Check if the charging cable is connected correctly and use a compatible cable

Why can’t I switch the charging mode while charging?
-
To ensure battery safety, External Battery Discharge cannot be toggled while Hypershell X is charging other devices. To modify, please disconnect the device that is charging first.
