To file a claim, log into our claims portal at Xcotton Resolution Center or email our support team at support@xcottons.com.
Hypershell Care Product Protection covers only the main unit and battery. All other accessories are not covered.
Within 5 working days after your claim is approved and all required documents are submitted. Please note that the time for claim review and damage assessment is not included.
You can check your service usage status — including the amount claimed, remaining coverage, and claim status — via email. Relevant updates will be sent to your registered email address.
Subject to Xcotton's terms and conditions, Hypershell Care is refundable but not transferable.

No claims filed → Full refund (100% of the Hypershell Care price)
Claims filed → Refund = Hypershell Care price ‒ paid claim amount(s)
Refund = [(Total coverage days ‒ Days used) / Total coverage days] × Hypershell Care price ‒ paid claim amount(s) ‒ administrative fee (varies by state law, capped at $50 USD)
Subject to Xcotton's terms and conditions, there is no limit on the number of claims you can file within the coverage period, up to the total coverage amount. No fees are required per claim.
Please note: The maximum indemnity of any Plan is limited to the Purchase Price of Your Insured Product, which is listed in the Confirmation Email under the section "Your Covered Product Details".
